Family Crisis Intervention Center

The purpose of the Family Crisis Intervention Center of Region V, Inc., is to advocate and support social change that will result in non-violent relationships, homes, and communities. To achieve this social change, the Center provides public awareness, direct services, and programs related to the issue of domestic and sexual violence.

To provide information and financial assistance to all area low income deaf or hard of hearing persons.

Parkersburg Area Coalition for the Homeless (House to Home)

House to Home provides support to homeless, marginally housed and other individuals in the Parkersburg area. By helping our clients to meet their basic daily needs for food, shelter, hygiene and clothing, individuals are empowered to accomplish other goals.

Public Defender Corporation of the Fifth Judicial Circuit

Public defenders protect the ordinary citizen from wrongful conviction and ensure the basic and fundamental rights of all citizens by helping criminally charged defendants navigate through the evolving and complex legal system.

Recovery Point

Recovery Point West Virginia provides hope and the tools for recovery to help individuals suffering from addiction to begin rebuilding their lives.

The Arc of the Mid-Ohio Valley

Washington County Free Clinic

Our mission as the Washington County Free Clinic is to provide quality medical care and preventative health services free of charge to individuals of Washington County between the ages of 19-64 who have no form of health insurance and whose income falls within 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines. Our clinic, staffed by dedicated volunteers, will also serve as an educational role to students in health care fields.

Williamstown Community Association

The Associations' mission is to help provide recreational, social, cultural and educational opportunities for the entire Community.  This includes programs which help promote a Healthy Lifestyle through learning and physical activity.
