Our commitment to website accessibility

United Way Alliance of the Mid-Ohio Valley strives to ensure its services are accessible to people with disabilities. Our organization has invested a significant amount of resources in helping ensure that its website is made easier to use and more accessible for people with disabilities, with the strong belief that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort, and independence.

The United Way Alliance website has been designed and tested to be in compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (United States), and EN 301 549 (European Union).

Despite our efforts to make all pages and content fully accessible, some content may not have yet been fully adapted to the strictest accessibility standards. This may result from not finding or identifying the most appropriate technological solution.

Please let us know if you encounter an accessibility issue so we can address it as soon as possible!
